The King Kong Stack combines four high-potency investigational agents: RAD 140, LGD 4033, ACP 105, and MK 677. 

Each capsule contains the following ingredients:

• RAD-140 25mg– A selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) known as RAD-140, commonly referred to as Testolone, is being studied to demonstrate receptor-selective affinity toward androgen receptor isoforms proteins in experimental models, which can potentially  enhance expression of muscle-specific anabolic gene transcripts in muscle cell cultures and  promote osteogenic differentiation and matrix mineral deposition in vitro without the adverse effects associated with conventional anabolic compounds.
• LGD-4033 10mg– Selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) such as LGD-4033 are being investigated for their potential to stimulate hypertrophic signaling in tissue-engineered constructs and  bone matrix volumetric density by selectively binding to androgen receptor proteins in experimental models. 
• MK-677 30mg- The research compound acts as an agonist of the ghrelin receptor, a ghrelin receptor subtype GHS-R1a, and is a non-peptide selective agonist.  hypothalamic somatocrinin (GHRH) and ghrelin are examples of the numerous  endogenous ligands that interact with hormone secretagogue receptors.
• ACP-105 5mg- ACP-105, a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), is being researched for its potential to address conditions related to  skeletal muscle wasting disorders. Similar to other SARMs, ACP-105 exhibits ligand-specific interaction with androgen receptor domains in skeletal muscle tissue within experimental models.

How does King Kong Stack Work? 

The King Kong Stack combines four potent substances: Mk677, RAD 140, LGD 4033, and ACP 105. Mk677 has the potential to potentiate somatotropic hormone release and  appetite-stimulating neuropeptide activation in test systems in research subjects, potentially modulate  translational and post-translational biosynthetic mechanisms in vitro and substrate assimilation at the cellular level.

RAD 140 targets musculoskeletal and osseous tissues, potentially affecting transcription of actin-myosin complex genes in research subjects and  neuroendocrine biomolecular indicators in laboratory models in laboratory trials.

LGD 4033 may improve  amino acid flux and protein turnover kinetics in cellular assays and proliferative and reparative intracellular pathways in muscle cell lines, suppress proteolytic signaling mechanisms in experimental conditions and maintain sarcolemmal structure and myofiber continuity in vitro.

ACP 105 also potentially  influences biomechanical and structural markers of the locomotor system in non-clinical models with minimal disruption of systemic hormonal signaling pathways in preclinical studies in experimental models.
