Returns
30-day returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition
- Products must be unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging.
- How to return
- Contact us before sending anything back: we give you the return address and instructions. Then send us the tracking number of your return.
- Shipping cost
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, with a tracked service.
- Refund
- We issue the refund or a replacement as soon as we receive and check the returned products.
- Damaged or wrong items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will fix it at our cost.
